Carrot Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. oleo, melted
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. quick oats
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, blend together the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add brown sugar, milk, egg and oleo.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add the carrots and oats.
    Mix well. Spoon the batter into greased muffin pan cups.
    Fill them 2/3 full.
    Bake 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Makes 12 muffins.
