Hot Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. semi-sweet chocoloate chips
    1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
    1-1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a sauce pan over low heat, melt margarine and chocolate chips.
    Stir until smooth.
