Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3 egg yolks
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 2/3 c. buttermilk
    3 egg whites, well beaten
    1 (8-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except egg whites, together until well blended.
    Fold in egg whites and fill unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    This is like a cheese cake.
