Stir-N-Drop Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon flavor
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Beat eggs with fork until well blended. Stir in oil, vanilla and lemon flavor; blend in sugar until mixture thickens.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt and stir into oil mixture.
    Drop with teaspoons 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
    Flatten with greased glass bottom dipped in sugar. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or just until a delicate brown.
    Makes 3 dozen.
