Shrimp Louis Dip - cooking recipe

1 c. Kraft fat-free mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 c. mock sour cream *
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chile sauce
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. lite salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
2 c. finely chopped, cooked shrimp

*Made with 1 cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese, blended with 2 tablespoons of plain nonfat yogurt and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in a blender.
