Quail Or Dove In Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 doves or quail
    pepper
    butter
    1 small can chopped mushrooms
    salt
    flour
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Wash venison; remove all white skin possible.
    Marinate tenderloin in Italian dressing for 8 to 12 hours, piercing meat with sauce and turning every hour or so.
    Cook on low heat on grill, basting with mixture of 1 cup oil with 4 tablespoons lemon juice very 15 minutes.
    Cook until tender or done as desired.
