Chili Velvet Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. uncooked Minute rice
    2 pkg. (8 oz.) Monterey cheese
    2 small cans green chilies
    1 pt. sour cream
    salt to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed on package.
    In buttered casserole layer rice, cheese, green chilies and sour cream.
    Continue to layer ingredients; will make three layers.
    Top with paprika.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
