Kathy'S Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. Quaker oat bran (hot cereal)
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    1/2 c. frozen pineapple juice concentrate
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together in bowl.
    Mix all other ingredients in a bowl.
    Blend together.
    Grease muffin tins or use baking cups.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 17 minutes; do not overbake.
