1 1/3 c. sweet milk
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. sugar
enough oil to cook in large electric frying pan
confectioners sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained (juice reserved)
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can apricot halves, drained (juice reserved)
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
