Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow squash
    3 carrots
    2 large onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 small pimento, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook squash, carrots and onion in small amount of water.
    Mash well. Add salt, pepper, sour cream, soup and pimento.
    Grease casserole dish with butter and line with stuffing mix.
    Pour mixture in and put rest of stuffing on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
