Sweet 'N Sour Kielbasa(Party Favorite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 rings kielbasa
    12 oz. jar apricot preserves
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Boil kielbasa in large saucepan.
    Drain and remove kielbasa from pan and slice into desired serving size.
    In same pan, add preserves, vinegar, soy sauce and dry mustard.
    Bring to a simmer; stir until preserves has melted.
    Add kielbasa and toss until well blended and hot.
    May transfer to crock-pot.
