Chicken Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pound chicken breasts (diced)
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
3 Tbsp. sesame oil
4 cups rice (cooked)
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. onion powder
salt and pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
Preparation

In a pan or wok heat oil on medium heat.
Saut garlic and chicken till chicken is completely cooked.
(Watch heat so that the garlic doesn't burn.)
In a separate pan scramble eggs till completely cooked.
When chicken is cooked add soy sauce, then the cooked rice.
Mix well, then add eggs.
Mix thoroughly and season with salt and pepper, onion powder and red pepper flakes if desired.
Makes 4-6 servings.
