Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. steak, chicken breast or pork (can use all three meats)
1 c. green onions, chopped
1 c. carrots, chopped (use fresh or canned)
1 c. rice
2 c. water
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Brown meat; add carrots and green onions.
Cook until carrots are tender (if using fresh ones).
Add cooked rice (cook rice in water).
Mix well.
Add soy sauce to taste.
