Zucchini Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Add dry ingredients.
    Fill paper baking cups 1/2 to 2/3 full with batter.
    Sprinkle top of batter with sugar and cinnamon.
    Top each with 3 or 4 chocolate chips.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes. No need to frost.
    These also freeze well.
