Papa'S Hot Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small salad tomatoes
    hot peppers
    salt
Preparation
    Scald and peel tomatoes.
    Put in jars; mash down until juice is at top.
    Put in 1 medium pepper (jalapeno or chili) and 1/2 teaspoon salt per pint.
    Put lids on.
    Bring hot water bath to boiling, up to the lids.
    Boil 35 minutes per pint.
