Rocky Road Crunchy Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
    2 1/4 c. crisp rice cereal
    2 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. crisp rice cereal
    1 1/2 c. tiny marshmallows
    1/2 c. chopped peanuts
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, combine the peanut butter, 1/3 cup corn syrup and 3 tablespoons of sugar.
    Cook over low heat until the peanut butter is melted, stirring constantly.
    Stir in the 2 1/4 cups of cereal until well coated.
    Spread the peanut butter-cereal mixture into a greased 9 x 6-inch pan, pressing evenly into the pan; set aside.
