Minestrone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dried beans
    1 onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. lean pork, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. tomato paste
    1/2 c. zucchini, diced
    1/2 c. carrots, sliced
    1/2 c. cabbage, sliced
    1/2 c. frozen peas
    2 qt. boiling water
    1 c. elbow macaroni
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight; drain.
    Add fresh water and cook over low heat until soft.
    Drain.
