Zesty Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 carrots
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1/4 c. carrot liquid
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. bread or cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Peel
    and
    cut\tcarrots lengthwise.
    Cook until tender. Reserve liquid.
    Arrange
    in
    a
    shallow baking dish.
    Combine horseradish,
    onion,
    carrot
    liquid,
    salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
    Pour over carrots.
    Combine crumbs, butter and paprika and sprinkle over
    top.
    Bake
    15
    to 20 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven. (May be prepared ahead and refrigerated for later baking. Add extra time for cold dish.)
