Hamburger Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    1 small bell pepper
    1 box macaroni and cheese
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    salt and pepper, if needed
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and pepper.
    Pour off grease; add can of tomato soup, and 1 can water.
    Let simmer about 8 to 10 minutes. Cook macaroni according to package.
    When tender, add to skillet. Stir together; add cheese, stir and serve.
