Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. pure lard
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    enough water to make a dough to roll out
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix flour and lard.
    Stir egg and vinegar in a cup with salt.
    Add to flour mixture enough water to make dough to roll out good.
    This will make 2 crusts.
