Crabmeat Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 medium potatoes (baking)
2 sticks butter
1 c. half and half
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped green onions and tops
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crabmeat
1 c. mild cheese, grated
Preparation

Scrub potatoes and bake in a 450\u00b0 oven until done.
Cut potatoes lengthwise, scoop out the pulp and mash with butter, cream, salt and pepper.
Mix thoroughly.
Add onions and crabmeat. Fill the reserved shells with the mixture, and top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
