Never-Fail Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except vanilla.
    Bring to full rolling boil and boil for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Beat hard until smooth and shiny.
    Pour and spread over cake.
