Corn Custard Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. green onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter or oleo
1 (16 oz.) can whole corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
3 eggs
1 box corn muffin mix
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. milk
Preparation

Saute onion, green pepper and salt in the butter. Combine both cans of corn, eggs, muffin mix, milk and 1 cup of cheese. Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
