Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 qt. strawberries
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. sugar (depending on sweetness of berries)
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. oleo
    red food coloring
Preparation
    Cook sugar, water, cornstarch and 1/2 cup crushed berries until thick and clear.
    Add oleo and food coloring (enough for a bright red glaze).
    Fill baked pie shell with remaining whole berries.
    Pour sauce over berries.
    Refrigerate.
    When ready to serve, top with whipped cream.
