Cream Corn And Crawfish Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. bell pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. celery, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 c. crawfish tails
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. savory
    2 pinches saffron
    1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1 pt. half and half cream
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in butter until tender. Add crawfish tails and saute for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except half and half.
    Simmer for 5 minutes. Add half and half and heat without letting it come to a boil.
    Easy and tasty.
