Persimmon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Remove skin and seed from mushy ripe persimmons.
    Cream persimmons, sugar and butter.
    Add egg.
    In separate bowl, sift flour, soda, salt, baking powder and spices.
    Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed ingredients.
    Stir in raisins and pecans. Drop with teaspoon onto greased baking sheet.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes or until light brown.
