Lefse(Norwegian Bread) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
1 stick butter
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Boil milk with the butter and salt.
Add the flour all at once.
Mix well.
Cool and divide into 16 pieces.
Roll each one out paper thin and cook on an ungreased griddle, flipping once, until browned in spots.
