Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/3 c. shortening
    2/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour with fork.
    Add milk.
    Mix with big spoon.
    Put on floured surface.
    Sprinkle flour on top and press down to 3/4 inch thickness.
    Cut out biscuits with medium size cutter or glass.
    Cook in preheated 500\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
