Low Low-Fat Honey Mustard Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 c. mustard (spicy or Dijon)
    1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; mix until smooth. Chill 15 minutes before serving.
    Store, covered, in refrigerator.
