Strawberry Jello Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. partially frozen strawberries
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
2 1/4 c. crushed pretzels
1 pkg. cream cheese
7/8 c. sugar
1 small carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Prepare jello mixture and set aside (slightly jelled).
Mix sugar and margarine; add pretzels.
Press into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
In bowl, blend cheese, sugar and Cool Whip.
Over layer of cooled pretzels, spread cheese mixture and carefully top with jello mixture.
Refrigerate.
