German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 medium potatoes, cooked, cooled and sliced
5 slices bacon, diced
1 onion, diced
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Fry the bacon until crisp. Remove from pan. Fry onion until lightly browned. Dissolve flour in water. Add vinegar, sugar and salt to bacon drippings. Add flour mixture to thicken.
Mix with potatoes.
Makes enough dressing for 3 pounds potatoes.
