Potatoes With Tomatoes Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
    2 medium fresh tomatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. tarragon
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    lemon pepper to taste
    salt to taste
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly oil a 2-quart casserole dish. Layer half the potatoes in bottom of dish.
    Add half the tomato slices. Combine basil, tarragon, garlic and lemon pepper. Sprinkle half the mixture and half the cheeses over the tomatoes. Repeat layers, ending with Parmesan.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until casserole is heated through and cheese is nicely browned. Makes 6 servings.
