Tomato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 tomatoes, peeled and drained (I used 2 cans whole tomatoes)
1/4 c. chopped onion
basil and oregano to taste
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. lite mayo
Preparation

Bake 1 deep-dish pie shell for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0. Slice tomatoes on bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle basil and oregano to taste over tomatoes. Spread onion on top of tomatoes. Mix mayo and cheese and spread over pie. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
