Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. Basic Cookie Mix
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 egg
2 Tbsp./1 tsp. cinnamon (to roll in)

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix well and roll into balls.
Roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Flatten slightly.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
