Pumpkin Muffins With Cream Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. water
    1 small can pumpkin
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Beat eggs; add sugar, pumpkin, oil and water.
    Stir in flour mixture.
    Add coconut and nuts.
    Let stand one hour.
    Put small amount of batter in muffin tins.
    Put piece of cream cheese on top.
    Top with batter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes about 30 muffins.
