Ham And Egg Strata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    1 lb. shaved or cubed ham
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Trim and butter bread.
    Lay in bottom of 9 x 13-inch greased cake pan.
    Spread ham over bread.
    Sprinkle Cheddar on top.
    Mix eggs, dry mustard, milk and a dash of salt and pepper. Pour over all.
    Cover with foil. Let stand in fridge overnight.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
