Scalloped Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked and cubed chicken or turkey
2 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
2 Tbsp. flour
3 c. croutons (I use Kellogg's)
6 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. cream
1 Tbsp. grated onion
3/4 tsp. sage, salt and pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Preparation

Place cubed chicken in pan (8 x 8-inch).
Follow chicken with dressing made of croutons, butter, cream, onion, sage, salt and pepper.
Pour mushroom soup over this.
Top with gravy made of the broth, butter (2 tablespoons) and flour.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
