"New Year'S Day" Black-Eyed Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 cans Trappey's jalapeno black-eyed peas
    2 c. rice, cooked
    1/3 c. diced celery
    1/3 c. diced onion
    1/3 c. bell pepper
    bread crumbs
    butter
Preparation
    Saute meat and pour off grease.
    Chop and saute celery, onion and bell pepper.
    Add 2 cups cooked rice.
    Add 2 cans jalapeno black-eyed peas.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Cover with bread crumbs and butter in a casserole dish.
    Bake until hot (approximately 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes).
