Strawberry And Cream Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    8 oz. whipped topping
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
Preparation
    Combine graham cracker crumbs, margarine and 3 tablespoons sugar in bowl; mix well.
    Press into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Cool.
    Combine cream cheese and 1 cup sugar in bowl; beat well.
    Fold in whipped topping.
    Spread over cooled crust.
    Chill for 1 hour.
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in bowl.
    Add frozen strawberries, stirring until thawed. Chill until partially congealed.
    Pour over cream cheese layer. Chill until firm.
    Yield:
    12 servings.
