Quick And Easy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    raw carrots, peeled and cut lengthwise
    potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    onions, sliced
    1 can Italian tomatoes
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13 pan, layer ground beef, carrots, potatoes and onions.
    Mix together tomatoes and mushroom soup.
    Pour over top of vegetables.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
