Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice, cooked in plenty of water
    1 lb. bacon, cut into cubes
    3/4 lb. American cheese, cut fine
    1 medium pt. tomatoes (may need two)
    2 green peppers, cut fine
    1 large size onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Saute bacon, onions and green pepper.
    Cook bacon until 3/4 done.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Use whole grain rice, not bag rice.
    Stir well; bake 1 hour, covered, at 350\u00b0.
