Do Ahead Sausage Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices white bread
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1-1/2 lb. sausage links, cooked and cut in thirds
4 eggs
2-3/4 c. milk, divided
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Lay bread in well greased 8-1/2 x 11 inch pan. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top. Arrange sausage pieces on top of cheese. Beat eggs with 2-1/4 cups milk and mustard. Add soup and the remaining milk. Mix well. Spoon over bread, cheese and sausage layers. Cover tightly. Refrigerate overnight. Put in cold oven, turn the oven to 300\u00b0 and bake for 1-1/2 hours.
