Lo-Fat Chicken With Vegies And Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless chicken
2 to 3 zucchini
1 red or green pepper
1 medium onion
dash of salt and pepper
1 can or 2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Saute zucchini, pepper and onion in a vegetable spray (i.e., Pam); set aside in bowl.
In same pan saute boneless chicken, cut up into small chunks or strips and when cooked put in vegetables and add chicken broth.
Cook for about 15 minutes.
Pour over pasta and enjoy.
