Fruit Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 egg yolk
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    2 c. whipped cream
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cornstarch and egg yolk in small casserole dish. Add juices. Cook on High power in microwave for 4 to 5 minutes or until thickened.
    Stir once. Cool and fold into whipped cream.
