Mathews County Virginia Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. backfin crabmeat (from Virginia)
    1 Tbsp. seafood seasoning (Old Bay; more for liking)
    2 slices bread, no crust
    2 Tbsp. salad dressing (more, if needed)
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Steam the crabs. Cool and pick. Add crab, bread, seafood seasoning, salad dressing, salt, pepper, egg and Worcestershire sauce to a large bowl.
    Mix together.
    The contents should not be soupy, but you should be able to make into cakes.
    Heat skillet with oil. Fry until golden brown on each side.
    Mix horseradish and ketchup for sauce.
