Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, remove meat from bone and chop
    1 can chopped olives
    1 large jar chili salsa
    2 pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    12 large flour tortillas
Preparation
    Mix chicken, olives and salsa.
    Set aside.
    Mix soups and sour cream.
    Pour 1/3 of soup mixture into chicken mixture.
    Stir. Place chicken mixture down center of tortilla.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Fold and place seam side down in baking dish.
    Makes 12. Pour soup mixture over top and sprinkle with more cheese.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
