Snow White Frosting(Total Cooking Time: 4 To 5 Minutes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    dash of salt
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In 2-cup glass measure, combine sugar, water, cream of tartar and salt.
    Insert temperature probe and cook on 70 (Roast) set at 200\u00b0.
    In small mixing bowl, beat egg whites with electric mixer until soft peaks form.
    Gradually add hot syrup to egg whites, beating continuously.
    Continue beating 5 minutes or until frosting is thick and fluffy.
    While beating, add vanilla.
    Makes 1 1/2 to 2 cups.
