Bobbi'S Mashed Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. mashed potatoes (no butter or milk)
4 c. powdered sugar
4 c. coconut
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
12 oz. chocolate pieces
paraffin wax

Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients until well blended.
Spoon out onto waxed paper.
Chill.
