Scalloped Potatoes And Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. ham
onions
2 Tbsp. flour
2 lb. potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
salt and pepper
paprika
1 pt. milk
Preparation
-
Layer ham, potatoes and onions.
Season potato layer and add dots of butter.
Mix flour and milk and pour over layers.
Layer in Dutch oven.
Bring to boil.
Cover and cook over coals for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
May also use a tripod.
