Beef And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 can bean sprouts
Preparation
    Brown chuck in skillet; set aside.
    Melt butter in same skillet.
    Add egg and scramble.
    Add meat and rice.
    Stir well, then add remaining ingredients, including bean juice.
    Stir gently until hot through.
